What is your policy with regards to abusive language?

Bumbet Customer Service treats players with utmost respect and maximum tolerance in each interaction. However, to protect our agents from verbal abuse, we strongly discourage players from using abusive language when talking to our agents. Excessive use of such language can result in termination of the interaction.
